Read MoreThis program offers moms with new babies an opportunity to get out and interact with others in the same situation in a weekly group session. This group offers lunch and valuable information about babies and the postpartum period. This group is held on the same day as the prenatal group so that mom’s can share their experience and show off their new babies to the friends that were made in the prenatal group. Provide participants with vitamins and supplements. There is a nurse and a dietician on staff to answer questions. The Outreach Worker can help with rides to appointments. Read MoreBébé Francophone is a welcome package for parents for expecting parents or who have a child under 12 months old, and have French as one of the languages spoken in their home. The package contains lots of information, as well as some “goodies” (including a CD of French songs and a baby book in French). Some of the resources included are geared specifically to families where only one parent is a Francophone.
