This program is for parents with children aged 1-5. A healthy lunch is provided. The weekly group has on-site childminding which allows parents to listen to and engage with our weekly guest speaker from the community. Guest speakers discuss informational topics. One to one support is also available.
No group the fourth week of each month.
July and August the group will be held at the Sportsplex playground.
