Creating Healthy Families

What’s it all about?

This program is for parents with children 1-5. Lunch is provided. The weekly group has on-site childminding which allows parents to be in the next room and enjoy a break where they can chat with other parents. There are informational topics and guest speakers from the community. One to one support is also available.

No group the fourth week of each month.

July and August the group will be at the Sportsplex playground.
