Pregnancy Outreach Program - Prenatal
What's it all about?
This program is for pregnant moms. At the weekly sessions there is a snack, information about pregnancy childbirth, and babies, and a chance to meet with other moms. Provide participants with vitamins and supplements. There is a nurse on staff to answer questions. The Outreach Worker can help with rides to appointments. Also offer one-to-one support.
When does it happen?
Weekly group on Tuesdays 11:30am - 1:00pm, no group on the 4th Tuesday of the month
