Creating Healthy Families Group

To provide a safe support group for all parents to get together, support and learn from each other and have an opportunity to take extra tools (traditional and non-traditional) home.

Creating Healthy Families Program is designed to assist individuals, Families and Communities to create Spiritually, Physically, Emotionally and Mentally Healthy Children.  To provide a continuum of services to Families at Risk with Children aged 0-6 years old.
